| Customer Satisfaction -- Your satisfaction is our goal. Any item you purchase from us with the exception of 'special order' items, which do not meet your expectations, may be returned for a refund or exchange within 5 days of the purchase date. |
| Special Orders -- We require a deposit of 50% of the sales price to process special orders for non-stocking items. Custom and/or special order items are non-returnable. Some special orders items are simply subject to a 15% restocking fee. |

Courses -- Training is purchased, however, certification is earned. No refund, even partial, are granted
on training programs due to student incompletion and/or failure for any reason. That includes but is not limited to such things as the students failure
to attend scheduled class(es)/confined water sessions and/or scheduled dive times. Scheduled training dives that are canceled due to poor and/or dangerous diving conditions will simply be rescheduled. |
| Refunds and Exchanges -- We require an original receipt for all refunds or exchanges. Credit card purchases are refunded to the original credit card. Cash or check purchases are refunded in cash or by check. Store credit and/or gift certificate purchases are refunded as store credit only. |
| Warranties -- Warranty information regarding any product or service offered by Benthic SCUBA is available by contacting us. All equipment purchased through Benthic comes with full manufacturers warranty. Warranty service can be obtained from Benthic for any authorized warranty work. We strongly advise purchasing dive equipement from authorized dive equipment dealers only, simply because our experience has been that manufactureres such as Dive Rite, Scubapro etc., do indeed track serial numbers on their products, and those found to be purchased from other than authorized dealers are not warranted by said manufacturer. For example, "Click Here" to read ScubaPro's consumer alert reguarding warranty/serviceing etc. for purchases from unauthorized dealers. |
