Rental Policy - The Small Print

Our Goal Is To Provide Quality Rental Products To Our Clients.

With that spirit in mind, and to avoid any future misunderstandings:
We Expect The Rentor To:
1. Inspect The Gear They Are Renting To Ensure It's Functional and Complete Before Signing/Paying/Leaving The Store.
2. When All is 'OK', Sign For Recieving Said Gear That Is Complete And In Good Working Order.
3. Pay For The Rental/Put Up Credit Card For Security Before Leaving Store With Said Gear.
4. Return the Gear Unaltered/Unsoiled/Undamaged.
5. Return the Gear ON TIME.
6. Understand & Accept The Fact That He/She Is Responsible, Financially, For Any Lost/Stolen Gear And/Or Gear Breakage.
Therefore:
- Payment For Rental is "up front" & Can Be Made By Cash/Debit/Credit Card (NO Personal Checks).
- All Rentals Require A Credit Card For Security - Period.
- Credit Card Security Is "HELD" and Immediately Discharged Upon Timely, Full Return, Of Undamaged Gear
- Late Rental Returns Are Charged To the Deposit Credit Card Accordingly
- If Any Piece Of Gear is Not Returned, Or, Damaged Beyond Repair, For Whatever Reason - Rentor Will Be Billed The 'Value' + Tx per Schedule On Their Deposit Credit Card.
- If Rentor's Credit Card Does Not have the "room" For The Deposit And/Or Rentor Is unwilling To Accept The Above - Sorry - We Can Not Rent To You.
